About Me

I’m an England Athletics-qualified running coach who grew up in the club system and had the privilege of representing Great Britain in cross country. Running has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and through my own journey in the sport, I’ve come to appreciate that success isn’t just about training and racing — it’s about balance.

Throughout my career, I’ve learned that to enjoy running and stay in the sport for the long term, you need to consider the whole person, not just the athlete. My coaching philosophy puts the individual at the heart of the process, taking into account lifestyle, work and life stresses, sleep, nutrition, and strength work.

I’ve learned the hard way how vital sleep, food, strength, and a healthy social life are to becoming a stronger, faster, and happier runner. These experiences have shaped the way I coach — helping you build consistency, confidence, and joy in your running so you can become the best version of yourself, both on and off the road.

Coaching Packages

My coaching packages are designed to support every aspect of your running — whether you’re chasing a new PB, building consistency, or simply rediscovering your love for the sport.

Each plan is fully bespoke, tailored around your lifestyle, goals, and experience.

Parklife coaching is not just about running we offer you a multitude of resources to support your running goals. We have a dedicated Strength and Mobility coach and professionals in Nutrition, Physiotherapy and Pilates who we can refer you to.

Run Club + Events

Running is always better when shared — that’s why I host monthly run clubs and coffee meet-ups to bring runners together in a relaxed, supportive environment. These sessions are open to all abilities and are a great way to connect with like-minded people, share experiences, and enjoy the social side of the sport.

Alongside our regular meet-ups, we also have track nights, local run meet-ups, and shared updates on upcoming races.

1 : 1 Sessions

Take your running to the next level with focused, personalised 1:1 coaching sessions. Together, we’ll analyse and refine your running form to improve efficiency, reduce injury risk, and unlock more speed and endurance.

If you are new to running or resistance training and need to build your confidence. Our strength and mobility coach can offer you 1:1 sessions, to go through the movements ,to build your confidence to train on your own.
